Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal, but a high-quality PNG or JPG is fine to start. Send whatever you have and we’ll let you know if we need anything else.

That’s okay — you don’t need an existing logo to get started. Simple, professional company-name embroidery or printing can be set up for you using clean lettering. Just check “I don’t have a logo yet” on the quote form.

Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof showing your design, size, placement and colors. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Embroidery is best for polos, caps, jackets and work shirts — it looks premium and lasts. Screen printing is great for tees, hoodies and larger designs, and is usually more economical for bigger orders. We’ll recommend the right method for each garment.

Yes. Most categories are available in Good Value, Premium and Name Brand options. If you want a specific brand or style, mention it in your request and we’ll check availability.

Most styles run from small through 3XL or larger, and many come in tall sizes and women’s cuts. Sizes vary by style, so we’ll confirm the range for the products you choose.

For many products we can arrange a sample so you can check the fit and feel before placing a full order. Ask us when you request your quote.

Once you approve your quote and proof, we’ll send an invoice. Payment terms are confirmed with your quote before anything is ordered.

We deliver throughout Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Ventura County, and can ship to businesses outside the area. Delivery details are included with your quote.
