These terms apply to your use of this website and to quote requests submitted through it. Specific order terms — including pricing, quantities, timelines and payment — are confirmed in writing with each quote and invoice.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and current product availability. Prices and availability can change until an order is approved and confirmed. Submitting a quote request does not create an obligation to buy.

Proofs and approval

Before production we send a digital proof showing design, placement and colors. Please review it carefully. Once a proof is approved, production begins and the order is made as shown on the approved proof. Colors on screen may vary slightly from finished thread and ink colors.

Artwork and logos

By sending us artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it may be reproduced on the products you order. We may decline artwork we believe infringes on someone else’s rights.

Custom products

Because decorated items are made to order with your branding, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or differ from the approved proof. If something isn’t right, contact us promptly and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Sizing and garment variation

Sizing can vary between brands and styles. We’re happy to help with sizing questions before you order. Minor variations in garment dye lots and decoration placement are normal in apparel production.

Timelines

Turnaround varies by product, decoration and order size. We confirm expected timing before you order, but delays outside our control (such as supplier stock or carrier issues) can occur. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes.
